Elektronisch relais, Elettrostart IE04 12-24
De IE04 is een statische elektronische (tijd)schakelaar met een enkel circuit dat geschikt is voor 12 en 24 V. Het is ontworpen voor de besturing van de ELETTROSTART met dubbele spoel en het elektrische circuit SERIES 3 zonder schakelaar, dat wordt gebruikt voor het uitschakelen en versnellen van dieselmotoren.
Het levert gelijktijdig de twee spoelen (TREKKEN en VASTHOUDEN) en na 500 milliseconden wordt de TREK-spoel spanningsloos, waardoor oververhitting wordt voorkomen.

| Beschrijving | Supplies simultaneously the two coils (PULL and HOLD), and after 500 milliseconds it de-energizes the PULL coil, thus preventing it from overheating. Its application presents both mechanical and electrical advantages:
• In the event of incorrect adjustment or blocking of the compound levers, only the HOLD coil remains energized, so preventing damage to the solenoid;
• It replaces the internal switch of the solenoid which is not very suitable in dusty or saline environments (thanks to its perfectly tight construction) and in applications with involving repeated acceleration, and thus guarantees a greater reliability and longer service of the solenoid;
• Since the dimensions and weight are reduced, it can be easily positioned in any point of the engine. |
